Observation

At the time of the onsite Monitor Visit, there were two staff present without a current food handler's card documented in MERIT or available for review. One of these two staff prepared and served snack. At the time of the onsite Monitor Visit, multiple staff, including three who were present, did not have a current bloodborne pathogens training (as per labor and industry standards) in MERIT or onsite for review. At the time of the onsite Monitor Visit, multiple staff including two staff present, and the director did not have First Aid or CPR verified in MERIT or onsite for review.
